When I joined Benefit Cosmetics, their custom Zoom vending machines were already a unique presence in select travel retail locations. However, the supporting graphic system lacked consistency, organization, and scalability. Legacy files were disorganized, difficult to update, and often required full redesigns for each product launch—resulting in inefficiencies and inconsistent execution across markets.

To address this, I approached the vending machine program as a complete design system overhaul. The goal was to build a modular, streamlined graphics toolkit that could support ongoing product launches while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.
